Recently, I’ve observed utilities and the industry in general beginning to accept the inevitable coming change on an accelerated basis, eg see what’s going on in Az. IMO, irrational and unreasonable rhetoric on both sides results in counter- productive outcomes. We have the means and intelligence to move from one paradigm to the next on a win-win basis. Let’s not let partisan political ideology stand in the way of clear eyed pragmatic solutions to the challenges at hand.
