- The EIA is expected to report that about 84bcf of gas was withdrawn during the week ending Feb.25th.
- Mild weather the following week led to a smaller-than-normal withdrawal, bringing inventories closer to average. Stocks as of Feb. 18 stood at 1.83 trillion cubic feet, 2.6% below average.
- U.S. gas storage levels typically increase from April to November, before winter’s gas-heating demand draws down inventories.
